Do certain foods make you sweat?

Well Im not talking about a jalepeno or steamy hot foods.
Ketchup and red wine makes my cheeks sweat. Weird.

  • I get really hot while eating salad with italian dressing, my husband said it is the acid in it.

  • Red wine makes a lot of people hot and sweaty. They often don't realize it because they have had too much to drink or they don't get hot and steamy until the next day. It's the sulfites. If you can switch to a sulfite free red wine then you will probably not get sweaty.

  • No...but raw onions and heavy garilic give me a headache that lasts for days and nothing will take it away but time!
