  • Strawberry Banana Smoothie
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    2 cups orange juice
    1 banana, cut in pieces
    ½ cup milk
    2 tablespoons sugar
Add ingredients together in blender and blend until smooth.

There is one that our family LOVES (and I have a very very picky eater)

  • I use strawberries, bananas, mangoes, kiwi, blueberries (I peel & chunk, then freeze all my fruit). Some baby carrots, a handful of spinach, an avocado (adds healthy fats for my kids & makes it creamy). Throw whatever mix of fruits in the blender, add a little 100% juice (apple or orange tastes best IMO) or water, and blend. No dairy, no added sugar or other sweeteners, just pure fruity goodness.

  • You are going to love this creamy, somewhat sugar free smoothie....
1/4 cup fat free vanilla or plain yogurt (or whats in your fridge, right?)
    1/2 banana, cut up
    1/3 cup of milk
1/2 rounded teaspoon of strawberry sugar free jello mix/powder or more if you want added sweetness
Recipe is by the glass. Blend.
Im not sure the ingredients are totally accurate because I just throw it all in. You can play around with the gelatin flavors. Another family favorite is canned chunk pineapple with orange flavored jello. Banana adds thickness too. Enjoy.
