  • Homemade soups are a great option when dieting, you can make them with tons of veggies and low fat and sodium and they are delicious! I eat tons of soups and veggie stews when dieting (which seems like always), but not for breakfast lunch and dinner every day for 2 months!

  • I love soup. So hypothetically I would. You have to be careful because of sodium intake though.

  • no way. that doesn't seem healthy. and if I had the dedication to only eat soup for two months, I could just as easily eat well and fewer calories and work out more.

  • Sure! I LOVE soup. Soups can be very healthy. I make my soups from scratch also............they don't have to be full of salt and crap. I could totally survive on soup....in fact, I already have. When I was single, I would make a huge pot of soup and pack it up into little containers and freeze some....I would live off soups for weeks at a time. I love love love SOUP!

  • As long as the soups have whole grains, legumes and lots of vegetables!

  • I wouldn't no. While there are lots of healthy soups out there and you could potentially get balanced nutrition if you put the right things in it and made a varitey of different kinds, I think I'd get bored of soup. Why would you need to eat only soup to lose weight?
