what does yoga do for your health??

I am going to be taking a yoga course at my college and i was wondering what kind of benefits i could get from it?? what can it improve??

  • your flexibilty. its good stretching, its VERY relaxing yet at the same time, if you get a good teacher, its a good work out. i used to take such a good yoga class - i would sweat & my heart would be pumping, but by the end of the class i was so relaxed, i would fall asleep on the floor. it was great. i <3 yoga.

  • It makes you more flexible which is always good for your health, helps balance, circulation, and all of that. Look at madonna. That woman is ripped just from doing yoga!
