What do you do for exercise?

My primary sources of exercise are yoga, walking, swimming (new apartment has a pool!), and basic exercises like crunches and low weight curls. Oh, and I cannot forget the calories I burn doing housework....and chasing around a toddler and two dogs!

  • Gym 5 days a week, weight lifting and on the weekend I do long distance walking, this past week I walked 12 miles, on Sat.

  • I usually go to the gym for 1 hr 4 or 5 times a week and walk a mile with the fam everynight after dinner.

  • Treadmill, free weights, and I hit the punching bag. I just pretend it is my x husbands face. Works for me. Now if I could eat less, i would be in good shape. Heee

  • i walk a lot, I am very active with my very active toddler, and I hula hoop (I dance with it while doing tricks...a great cardio workout)
