  • We're having mac & cheese, leftover meatloaf, leftover brussels sprouts, apples, and whatever extra veggies & fruit the kids want. I don't know what I'll eat (can't have the mac & cheese), and DH will fend for his own d*** self when he gets home.

  • Last night we had loaded baked potato night. I just threw a bunch of stuff on the table and everyone picked what they wanted. I put chile on my potato with pepper jack cheese....oh yum. (I think BBQ brisket and pepper jack sound yummy too.)

For a quick chili recipe: 1 can ranch style beans and 1 small can tomatoe sauce. Very salty though. Add any cheese.

  • Check out I always go there when I need dinner ideas. You have the option of searching for meals that include chicken, beef, or whatever you're looking for & they give you different recipes using that ingredient. They also have desserts, drinks, holiday, etc. It's awesome.
