Would kegel exercise help tighten my bladder?

I know I might not know my anatomy but just asking you never know what you find out

  • It can't hurt! I tell you I am 60 years old I will be 61, this year and after having three kids and the last one at almost 40, my uterus started to drop enough for me to feel it when I wiped myself after going to the bathroom. After doing weight lifting for the last three years it went back to its rightful place, so yes do them it can only be good.

  • Kegels were invented to help with bladder control.

  • They won't help the bladder itself, but they can help strengthen the pelvic floor which is helpful for incontinence problems.
