  • Right now I'm wearing a New Balance cross trainer. My last two pairs before that were Asics and they were running shoes. However, I've gotten into more sports / bootcamp / plyometric type training and a running shoe isn't appropriate for that so I went with a crosstrainer.

  • I wear Nike running shoes for both running and indoor aerobic workouts. They feel great for either one. I was having a problem before with blisters getting rubbed on my pinky toes, so when I went shoe shopping, I talked about that to the sales person, and she recommended the Nike with mesh at the top around the toes so the shoe would have some "give" to it. It's worked perfectly, and I haven't had a pinky blister since then.
