  • I think around 4 weeks is ave for an uncomplicated birth. Mine ranged from about 2 weeks to 6 weeks.

  • with myfirst i didn't bleed at all (which is not normal lol) with my second and third i was off and on for 4 weeks and then got my period back at 6 weeks. i ebf all of them, but in some women that makes a difference and will stop your period, but i guess not for me lol

  • less than a week, but I had a c-section, and my Dr said he "cleaned me out"

  • 6 months. No it's not anywhere near normal. lol

I bled like a period (after birth bleeding) for I think 6 weeks. Then I would bleed on and off for the next 6 months even though I was on birth control... sucked big time. But a lot of my breakthrough bleeding was because we couldn't find a BC pill my body "liked" after having my son.

I am pretty sure 4-6 weeks is average aka normal. Just as long as you aren't soaking pads or passing large clots.

  • Somewhere between 1-2 weeks, then almost immediately after that I got my period back (I was BFing too).
