Similac Sensitive/ foamy formulas

how do u deal with foamy formulas? What bottles do u use?

  • I use playtex ventaire bottles and haven't had a problem with either of my kids on similac sensitive.

  • I found that it wasn't ALL the formulas fault. It was also my water that was causing all of the bubbles. The playtex bottles with the bags are really good. And you can also make it a little before you need it. And swirling as opposed to shaking really help.

  • Try mixing the formula in a cup with fork or spoon. It really helps with the bubbles. I used the dr. browns bottles and that helped too.

  • I have the Dr browns formula pitcher and it helps with the foam, but as the bottle sit in the frig, theres about an inch of foam that appears. And as she drinks from our Avent bottles, theres more and more foam. No matter how long the formula sits, the foam never goes away or even lessens...
