  • Are they breaded or not? I'm not too creative so I would just grill them and serve them on top of a salad. If they're breaded, cook them and have a "Crispy Chicken" salad.

  • Marinade & grill or bake, serve in a salad, on pizza, or on sandwich buns with BBQ sauce.
Cook in a crockpot for a few hours with a can of cream of mushroom soup. Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
Dip in batter & deep fry.
Marinade in soy sauce/brown sugar/ginger, cook in a skillet, serve with rice & teriyaki sauce.
Use in a chicken/veggie stir fry.

  • Mmm, I like the first person's idea - marinate them or just season them, grill them, and slice on top of a big salad. Dang, now I'm hungry! Or, and this may sound crazy, but is sooooo good - crush up rice krispies. Dip them in a little bit of Miracle whip, then melted butter (she uses Blue Bonnet sticks), then roll in the crushed cereal. Bake til done. OMG so good! MIL makes this with whole chicken peices but tenders would be even better!
