why do people talk about themselfs in third person

Why do u do it. Please stop it its stupid

  • that's what the third person is hahahaha the first is the one talking, the second is the one being spoken to, and the third it the one being talked about, so of course if they are talking about themselves it's the third person....i think you mean people refering to themselves in the third person

  • Its a annoying and a bit confusing. My grandfather does that he also refers to me as "she" and "Lucy" when his talking to me. For example "Is Lucy going to the store" Yes grandpa, yes I am. "can she get me some juice" lol its so weird!
