  • Call them. For something like this an email will not settle my mind. Call them and ask, explain the situation. If the person you speak can not help ask to speak with the supervisor.. If they say no, can you pawn something?

  • I would certainly hope that those companies would give you an extension, especially if your only needing 5 days or so, but if you don't maybe you can try one of those payday loan places. Don't go overboard with it, just borrow what you need to pay your bills and when your hubby gets paid just go pay the loan back. Obviously they will need a paycheck stub to prove your income so I guess you could use your pay stub instead? I have had to do this quite a few times in the past when we dealt with job changes and such. I hope it all works out for you.

  • There is no reason to think they will not grant you an extension, they often do this. The good thing is your hubby started back working that is a plus!!! Don't stress over this, because ultimately you have done all you could do, so stressing will only make you sick, positive thoughts only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! see that glass half full!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, you will be ok!!! HUGS!!!

  • you should be able to go to the states human affairs office and get at least a one time assist. Most states only require that you be on a shut off notice
