best way to make fried pork chops?

the're thin sliced and boneless. whenever i try to make them it seems the coating comes off, like stck to the pan, or maybe i have too much oil in the pan,..idk how do you make perfect fried pork chops?

  • Okay, so I've never made them, BUT, this recipe is super easy and really tasty for thin-sliced boneless pork chops:

  • I dip them in flour, then in eggs, then in bread crumbs. Then I use peanut oil to fry stuff with coating on it in a frying pan. Anything else the coating just melts off.

  • I also add 1 tbsp. dijon mustard to the eggs... soooo yummy! =)
