  • Moods begin in thoughts. Focus on what you love, even if it isn't about you right now. When I focus on what feels good in life, it bleeds into everything else.
There's no one on this planet exactly like you, and that is a beautiful truth. Allow yourself to feel good, simply because you prefer to. Nothing outside of you, is capable of creating a feeling in you. There are people in relationships who are lonely too. It's perception.
    It's up to you.
Being a single mom is hard sometimes, and sometimes it's a breeze. Everything is temporary, just move with it and make up your mind, to feel good no matter what.

  • It sounds like you are not quite sure who you are as a person. Maybe it's time to find out. Explore your interests and 'find yourself". The journey can be amazing.

  • one of the things that saved me was making friends with other single moms - we helped each other with kids, which helps alot with stress, and i made some of the best friends i ever had - they helped me not only with parenting and lonliness, but i began to value myself alot more when someone else did. just remember, you're a wonderful baby's mom... figure out what makes you happy, not what you think should make you happy or what others tell you makes you happy. pursue that.
