help need back exercizes or stretches!

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I have a 22lb 15 month old. Who knew 22 lbs was sooo heavy! When i carry him it really tires out my back. it doesn't feel injured just weak. Its only going to get harder, so I need to toughen up. Any suggestions?

  • being pregnant is not a great time to start weight training, unless you hire a trainer. you may want to try to stop picking him us as much.
