So many runny poops!

Son is 6 months old. Formula fed since birth, no breastmilk since 3 months. Only changed formula once, which was at 2 months. Eats solid foods, but hasn't tried a new kind in over a week. The last 2 days he has had nothing but runny poops, and a lot of them! Almost every single diaper change is due to watery/runny poop! Very worried new mom here, what is wrong? Should I take him to the doctor?

  • maybe a tummy bug. I wouldn't unless he's getting dehydrated from it,or is running a temp

  • Is he teething and drooling a lot? When they are teething/drooling they can get runny poops...
