OMG no way! today is my hubby's quit day! good for you! put a rubber band around your wrist and snap it whenever you get a craving. the brain will make the connection between the pain and the craving, eventually blocking the receptors that notify you of the craving. i quit after 8 years using this technique. it really worked for me! keep in mind that a craving (for anything) passes in 8 seconds. so after that 8 seconds, STOP THINKING ABOUT IT! do whatever you have to do to keep your mind busy. good luck and kudos to you!
