What do you do, when you've lost 15lbs by extreame diet and exercise, but you get tired, and start craving your favorite foods?? Then you give in...like 3 days in a row...and you find yourself going back to your old habits.
What do you do when you get discouraged, and just want to give up??? I guess I need a pep talk! (because I do not want to give up!)

i know exactly how you feel. it takes weeks to loose 5 lbs and 1 freakin day to gain it back. it's hard. especially for a SAHM. my like revolves around food. cook, feed, clean, repeat, at least 3 times a day. it's a lot of work to eat different than the kids. you can all eat healthy food, but kids need calories all day long. it's hard to pass on a snack every time you give them one. is there a weight-loss support group on cafemom? i'm going to look. you should, too!
