the scale isn't really moving. is this because of muscle gain? i am happy i am atleast losing inches! i am a size 10 and am trying to get back into a size 6. has this happened to you? what are some tips that helped you lose inches?

muscle weighs more than fat. forget about the scale and concentrate on how your clothes fit. that's the real proof that whatever you're doing is working. good job!
