i am losing inches around my waist but...

the scale isn't really moving. is this because of muscle gain? i am happy i am atleast losing inches! i am a size 10 and am trying to get back into a size 6. has this happened to you? what are some tips that helped you lose inches?

  • muscle weighs more than fat. forget about the scale and concentrate on how your clothes fit. that's the real proof that whatever you're doing is working. good job!

  • Yes. You are always supposed to go by your size, not by the numbers on the scale. My Mom lost a shit load of weight and even though the numbers on the scale didn't move for months, she looked radically different when I saw her. I live out of state so I could really tell she lost a ton of weight.
