I have 4 kids and since I think after my second I urinate a little bit when I sneeze is this normal?

  • LOL, I've done that and I've only had one child. I got on a trampoline last summer and peed a little bit with every bounce. I probably won't get back on one without an adult diaper on. :)

    I was sick

    this past week coughing & sneezing OMG I kept peeing myself well not like going to the bathroom but I can feel myself leaking.

  • I've heard this was normal, haven't experience this myself. I did a lot a lot a lot of kegels.

  • It is not unusual for this to happen in women per my doctor. I was sneezing or coughing and wetting at the same time...and then during sexual activity also. I had a uretha sling done in out patient surgery and not more problems at all....

  • it is common, but you do not have to live this way! do your kegels!!!! look it up to be sure that you are doing them properly!
