  • The standard attachments are: (these are the ones that came with mine)
There is a hook it is for mixing dough
There is a paddle that is for standard mixing

  • Your instruction book will tell you. I don't have any of the extra accessories for my mixer but I do know that one is filling sausage casings.

  • Which attachments do you have? There are different mixing blades, a grinder, a food processor, an ice cream maker, a sausage stuffer, pasta cutters, a can opener, a juicer, etc., etc......They are pretty self explanatory, if you ask me.
