I am cooking for my daughter that needs to loose at least 50 pounds and she is in the low carb diet, so far she has lost 10 pounds!!!! It has been 2 weeks, I am cooking breakfast lunch and dinner for her, but I do not want her to get bored of her menu, any suggestions??
