Hey, can anyone share a couple hamburger recipes with me? I thawed hamburger for shepard's pie, but now that just doesn't sound the greatest... So besides hamburgers and shepard's pie (and spaghetti)- what can I do with the burger??

salisbury steak is really good and super easy. make hamburgers like you would if you were going to throw them on the grill. pan fry them until they're 3/4 cooked, then place them in a 13x9 baking dish (or something similar) cover with brown gravy, add onions and mushrooms (opt) cover and bake at 350 for about an hour, or until meat is fork tender. serve with mashed potatoes or cooked noodles, choice of bread and veggies. this is the most kid friendly meat dish, and a favorite in my house! enjoy!

Hahaha! I was just looking for something different to do with hamburger too. I'm making Impossibly Easy Hamburger Pie tonight. I think I'll serve it with a green salad and corn.
