At what age can I feed my child salmon?

Can it be under one or should I wait untill she is a toddler?

  • The new recommendation is after 6 months.

  • Under one is fine. It's shellfish that's a major allergin. Just follow the guidelines for introducing new food. Gerber makes a salmon dinner (stage 3) that DS started eating when he was around 9/10 months old.
