Netflix and Ps3

If the computer is downstairs(we have a wireless router) and the Ps3 is upstairs can we still use nexflix? Im confused about the whole thing

  • We have a PS3, and it is wireless; you don't need an ethernet cable. You have to set it up to recognize your wireless network -- put in your network key if it's protected, all the kind of stuff. But once that's done, you don't have to worry about it any more. Just put in the Netflix disc and choose which instant movie you want to watch.

  • As long as the wireless connection works through the floors/walls, yes. As long as it's not too far away, you should be fine. My handheld devices still work on our wireless connection when I'm upstairs and the router is downstairs. :)

  • PS3 isn't a wireless device,you need an eternet cable attached
