  • You cannot induce labor at home without running a risk of harming the baby. Just walk a lot and/or have sex but that's all you can do except wait

  • There is no safe way to induce labor on you're own, not to mention most everything is old wives tales. YOUR BABY WILL COME WHEN ITS READY. Stop trying to speed the process up.

  • you can try having sex or visualization, maybe spicy foods. the truth is thought that the PPs are probably right, baby will just come when s/he's ready anyway. probably once i hit about 39 weeks i'll start trying visualization because it's relaxing and easy. just like visualize a flower blooming, and your cervix opening. gl

  • Don't try to induce labor. This is very dangerous to you and to the baby.

  • Your baby will come when he/she is ready. You could try everything to induce labor and still not go into labor. I drank some raspberry tea and I went into labor. I heard raspberry tea is suppose help induce labor. Castor oil, but I have heard some bad stories about that. That seems to work a lot. Sex. Walk around a lot. Nipple stimulation.
