  • I think I will make chicken pasta for dinner. Italian seasoned chicken breast, cooked and cut up in my own homemade marinara sauce, tossed with penne pasta. Put it in a 2 quart casserole dish, top with shredded mozzarella, and bake til melted and browned. Of course, that will be for the kids. I'll have to have mine minus the cheese =) and since I need to make bread anyway, I think I'll make a nice french loaf to have with the pasta!

  • I have marinated chicken breasts cooking in the crockpot, and I will probably have biscuits and scalloped or au gratin potatoes with it.
