How many times a day do you eat?

just curious i eat about twice a day lunch and dinner and desert lol

  • sometimes once.... sometimes 5 times! It really varies from day to day. But, most days I only eat once or twice.

    i'm a big snacker! i have bad eating habits. somedays, when i try to be's 3 meals, 2 snacks.

  • I eat constantly, but never very much at one time. My doctor recommended this to me over 20 years ago. It helps me not get overweight.

  • i tend to eat alot when im bored, so i eat around 5 times a day, its hard for me to gian weight so i dont care. i'll eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, small meal, snack, dinner, candy. bedtime, lol..

  • I eat breakfast, lunch, supper and a snack. Breakfast is my largest meal calorie wise, lunch is my biggest meal food wise but low calorie (salad with 4-6 cups of vegetables) and supper is something healthy & with smaller portions. My snack after supper is something light (yogurt, fruit, air popped/unsalted/no butter popcorn). I drink water whenever I get the munchies.
