  • I've heard that an apple a day is good for the skin. I don't know about the colors- do some research! There's probably some info. online.

  • the deeper the colors, the more antioxidants there are, and they are supposed to be very good for the skin. avocados are very good for the skin and so are nuts and seeds. really, you need to be eating very well rounded because everything, the vitamins, minerals, fats carbs, and protein all work together. an imbalance can create a loss of health.

  • avocado, fish oil, olives or its oil...basically any GOOD fats, nuts, seeds, ect. is excellent for moisurizing the skin
