  • Exercises on a ball are really good for your core. Talk to your doctor and make sure it is safe for you. But it is low impact and works really well!

  • Walking is a great and safe one. If you were not active before you were pregnant you need to make sure you don't over do it when pregnant. You body is not use to it. You can also get some pregnancy excerise video's.

  • you can do any exercise while pregnant that you did while not pregnant. it's actually important to do ab exercises because it help push the baby out when it's time to come out...i didn't make any exercise sacrifices and i'm in the best shape ever carrying a healthy baby at 7 months
