  • I use underwire bras. They support better. But since you go to the gym I don't know.

  • I can't promise that any of these would work but check out this google and you may have a lead or two:

I've found that pairing a bra with a tight fitting cami/tank top also helps keep my chest in place- it reduces bounce and keeps my boobs from flowing over.

  • They have a really great selection at Title 9 sports. They';ve got a catalogue: It's not cheap, but they have great bras!

  • I wear a 34FF but found one at in a size 40DD that won't let those babies move. It's the Champion underwire.

  • I get really supportive regular bras at (36G here) and then put a large regular sports bra over that then one of those shirts that has shelf support (got it at wal-mart supposed to be the only support you need HAHA) that usually does the trick.

  • Enell sports bra. It's the best thing ever! Your boobs literally don't move in them.
