If you wanted Obama to end the war and "talk " to Iran

Are you satisfied with what Obama is doing? Looks to me like he has been following Bushes lead so far. Did he just get smart and realize you just can't drop your guns and run home in the middle of a war? Are you satisfied to wait out a 4th round of sanctions on Iran who will now possibly be able to hit America with nukes by 2015?
What would you like him to do?

  • Like most Obama supporters realized from the start, you can't just drop a war and start peace talks. You do have to work to get out of it. It simply isn't feasible to say "Oh, new president, all right troops, lets head home and have a bbq!"

I think what he's doing is fine, after all, he does have 8 years of idiocy to make up for, and it takes time to fix mistakes. I just wish it could happen faster.

Funny, Obama has expanded on those '8 years of idiocy' and the policies that have stemmed from those 8 years.... He has stuck with the Bush/Iraqi Agreement on withdrawling troops....  Looks like someone has just given Obama a Free Pass to behave like Bush....

  • He is following Bush's lead in Iraq, so nothing has changed.

He has expanded the war in Afghanistan, so nothing has changed, in fact it is worse.

He has kept the Patriot Act, so nothing has changed.

    So much for "change".

  • Bringing the troops home would cause more economic decline and just place another whole group of people in the "Unemployed" category. I doubt Obama wants that added to his infamy- In terms of the Middle east, I disagree with Obama's actions.

  • So, the expansion of the Patriot Act? Why is Joe Biden giving Obama credit for Iraq(Obama's "great Achievements)"? All he did was follow through on a Bushism
