Do you see your child(ren) more as individuals or more an extention of yourselves? Maybe this fluxuates as they age for you perhaps?

  • They are definitely individuals. Always have been since birth, and it shows more and more the older they get.

  • Ages first - My children are 20,20, 15, and almost 13 b,b,g,b....
    I see them as distinct individuals!

  • My kids are individuals with traits and characteristics of me in them.
    My son especially is a lot like me personality wise which makes it easier for me to calm him down and to get him todo things(eat supper, get into jammies, tidy up toys, etc...)
    My daughter is only 8.5 months old so it's too soon to tell if she has my personality traits or not. She definitely has personality though :)

  • They're definitely individuals, though I do see myself and my husband in some of their personality traits, their likes and dislikes, etc. My boys are 13 and 11, and my daughter is 5, and they are all so distinctly different!
