Do you think preschool kids should be escorted to the bathroom?

  • I think that the teacher's need to make sure that there is only ONE person using the bathroom at a time (if the bathroom is in the classroom) and if the bathroom is outside of the classroom then I think that I would want someone with my child. Not to watch them go pee, or anything but just to make sure that they don't get side tracked!

    Anyway, in my experience, no I don't think they should be escorted to the bathroom.

  • if they have to actually leave the room, and walk down a hall or something, then yes, absolutely!!

    my daughters preschool had a bathroom right in their room, so in that case no...the door stayed open, so it wasnt a big deal..
