  • I've used regular sour cream for up to a month after the expiration date, with no problems. Are there mix-ins in that kind? 2 days I'd probably still use it, but I would toss it then after that - if there's stuff mixed in.

  • is it a sell by date or an expiration date? the general rule is 5 to 7 days after the sell by date with dairy. i wouldn't worry about 2 days past, as long as it smells and tastes ok.

  • Yes, it should be good for about a week after the exp. date.

  • It depends on how long i has been opened. If it has not been opened yet, it should be ok.

  • Yeah stir it up to get rid of the water that settles on top, but you should be okay.

  • Yes, it should still be good. Just stir it up and use it. Then after you use it, you might want to get rid of it. But, 2 days after, yeah, you're good.
