Sinus headache meds

What works best for you when/if any of you have a sinus headache. I just used the last of my prescription meds so until I go back to the doctors, I need some over-the-counter type.

  • I do one of 2 things - I either rub a bit of biofreeze on my face where my sinuses are (it's like icy hot but much better) or I get a hot wet washcloth and lay it over my face. Never at the same time. I also take ibuprofen.

  • Neti Pot or Saline Nasal Spray and Look up Sinus Massage online they seem to work the best for me. But medicinal wise I prefer Zyrtec everything else makes me feel loopy.
