Well.... since we have NO RIGHTS in Mexico, the Mexican police will do pretty much what ever they want when they see you on the streets there. If they want to interogate you, they will.

  • I have NEVER been afraid of police officers - except when I went to Mexico while in college (missions trip out in the middle of nowhere). AFTER we had cleared the border, we were stopped and all of our cars searched. One of the drivers - female, blonde, blue eyes - had to bribe the officer searching her car (with food, lol, he saw dried apricots and was happy to let us go in exchange for those) to let us go on our way.
If you go more than 60 miles into the country, you have to register all the people in your vehicle and your vehicle, providing your end destination, length of stay, vehicle and driver info (DL's when I was there, probably passports now). They really do keep track of foreigners.
Yet AZ is "wrong." Yeah, I'd say there's a double standard.

  • Arizona is not wrong the federal government is WRONG and politicians who use this crap to their advantage are WRONG..I do not know how many times I can state this...

Pick up a copy of our constititution and read..the federal government is required per that document to protect our borders..they have failed for years now to do so..Arizona asked for help and were given NOTHING.
