how did you introduce solids to your baby? Mine is turning 6months next week and I'm nervous!!

I've already started but not too sure.

  • After six monts I mashed banana and put it in front of my baby and let my baby feed himself.

  • Bottle or nurse FIRST. Then mash, put on spoon, feed. Solids are ridiculously easy and you'll laugh at yourself for being nervous.

    Baby can have whatever baby wants in solids as long as the bottle or breast comes FIRST, and that's all the way to the first birthday.

  • I waited til my son could feed food to himself. He's a very healthy toddler and loves food.
