Is Preschool important?

    Kids learn alot more in preschool then what we learned:
    Reading, writing, name, address, how to be independant.

    It is not all play anymore.

  • I agree. And check with your elementary schools, some of them have pre K's in with the "big" kids

  • yes and no.

    it's important for kids to work on pre-math and pre-literacy skills, and to learn social skills. it's not necessary for them to go to preschool for that to happen.
