happy2bmom is right. And if you looking for healthy ways to prevent new migraines to add to the yoga get pharmaceutical grade supplementation... calcium, antioxidants (for free radicals caused by the stress) .... and fish oil were tested and work great. But they have to be the right amount(more than the FDA recommendations) and balanced.
