Bender Ball?????

A friend is moving and gave it to me ummmm....but lol i only know how to do the crunches and revirse crunches idk what else if anything you can do with the ball......has anyone tried it?? does it even work? thanks

  • use it to do push ups place your feet on the ball and push up. sit on it while your watching tv but move your hips in circles so you have to stabilize yourself.
