Pre pregnancy work outs?

I'm planning on getting pregnant again sometime this year. I'm currently 10lbs overweight (according to my BMI for height) so I'd like to lose that and tone my belly A BUNCH more before I get pregnant again. I still have a lot of loose skin from having DD (she's already over a year old).
I'm was looking to buy something online (we're stationed overseas). I do pilates right now, but I'm not as consistent as I need to be I guess.

  • I am about 60 overweight right now and want to lose about 40 before getting preg in august or september. I bought an ab lounge and it WORKS! My abs are already getting tighter (under the fat of course lol). It comes with a dvd and the whole ab workout takes somewhere around 10 minutes. Other than that pilates really is great for your abs.
