I had an argument with a store manager. To make the story short the manager gave me the most sincere apology. The manager said that the store computer system had errors and that her staff didn't know what to do. What bothered me is that at the beginning of the discussion she called me miss but after the manager had to apologized she kept calling me sweet heart.
I don't know but I think that when someone calls you "sweetheart" they are actually thinking b*** What do you think? LOL
