If your child were poisened by lead...............................

Would you be able to tell? I always thought the child would be acting lethargic or something.

    "Lead poisoning usually does not cause symptoms until the level of lead in your blood is very high. Most lead poisoning comes from low levels of exposure over a long period of time. "

  • Some children have neurological symptoms that mimic autism. Sometimes they will have learning or speech delays. Really, you need a test to know.

  • i think that sometimes there are symptoms that are seen but not always. thats why they make test for it...

  • The way we found out our oldest had high lead levels was with a test. There were no symptoms. We did however have to switch to bottled water. I had to boil our water to do dishes in. Yes it was a pain in the backside.
