Low Blood Sugar In Pregnancy

has anyone had this before and what did you do about it?

  • Yes I always got it. Especially in the beginning. I tend to get low sugar as it is.

    This is how I knew I was pregnant with baby #3....he was a surprise. I woke up soaking wet because my sugar dropped so low and was standing there thinking "hmm is my period late ?" LOL

    What I did was eat every 2 hours. With my first pregnancy I actually tested positive for gestational diabetes, which was weird since my sugar always ended up low. They couldn't figure out what the issues was.

    Anyway I ate a low sugar diet and ate every 2 hours. Even just eating balanced snacks every 2 hours helps. So like whole wheat crackers an cheese or something.
