Zumba and Special K.

Has anyone done the special k diet and actually lose weight? I am just wondering cause I started it two days ago and was just wondering if I will actually see results. I do Zumba as well an walk 1.5 miles a day.

  • special k is not really that healthy. the 3rd ingredient is sugar, followed by another sugar. and the sodium is really high.

    go for oatmeal and fresh fruit. its MUCH healthier and filling
