I had such a great light lunch,,and a horrible heavy dinner

I work full time and I made this great lunch today,,,tuna fish, crakers, cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes,,,I was so proud, and felt so good,,,but dinner,,,as well meaning as it was, I just ate too much,,I was hungry after my long day and I gorged..suggestions please on trying to continue from the wonderful lunch to the healthy light dinner?

  • make sure to snack so you wont over do it and drink water with your meals instead of sodas or juice

  • Have a light snack in between your three basic meals.

  • eat an apple or some vegetables, with a big glass of water, before dinner.
