do i ovulate may4th

hello i have a ? ok my af came april 15 and stop on the 20th does that mean i ovulate may4th? you know when it say enter your last period date do i put the 20th or 15th when you use the ovulation calendar

  • When it asks for a date, it's always the first day of your period; that's day 1 of your cycle.

    A word of caution, though: unless your cycles are very regular, as in every one is the same length, the calendars aren't going to do you much good. And even with regular cycles, it's possible to ovulate on a different day every month. Your best bet would be to use a charting site, like And read the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. Those will give you all the info you need for charting each cycle, so you know for sure when you're fertile and when you ovulate.
