  • Ever since they were babies. We'd put them in the high chair and have them sit with us at dinner time.. then when they started solids it was already norm. to be at the table.

If you mean out of a high chair and into the actual chair, we got my daughters booster seat around 18 months, but my son was about 10 months old when he moved into a booster seat at the table (kind with a tray, fisher price i think).

  • Since they started solids we had them in a highchair (about 4 months) and then booster seats.

  • high chair with us at 3 or 4 months, when he started solids. A regular chair, 2 years old? at 1 year he had his own little tiny table and chair.

  • My kitchen table is covered with stuff (lol), so my dd sits at her little table for her meals. I pull up a seat and sit with her, but I rarely EAT with her. I love my daughter to death, but the drool running down her face, the bits of food all over the place, on her hands, makes me squeasy. I generally eat after she goes to bed! :-)

  • We put them at the table with us at meal times from birth, they sat on the table in their baby carriers. As soon as they could sit up on their own they sat in the high chair at the table with us. Family meals have been from day 1, even when they couldn't eat with us. They were still there with us.
